Refunds and Returns Policy

We will only process guaranteed returns in the case that the wrong order has been dispatched. Should you experience another issue with your order, this will be fairly addressed on a case-by-case basis.


Shoppers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If the shopper does cancel their order, they will be refunded within 24 hours once the goods are returned and received by YOLO. If the goods have not yet been dispatched, a refund will be issued right away.


Goods must be returned unopened and unused. If the shopper has experienced an issue with the product itself, then this issue must first be raised with YOLO before the product is returned.
